Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that life can throw curveballs, and plans might need to change. Cancellations made up to 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled fishing trip will be eligible for a full refund. However, if you find it necessary to cancel within 72 hours of the trip, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued. We recommend that you notify us as early as possible in the event of cancellations, as this will facilitate a seamless process.

 

Equipment Allowance: To ensure that you’re fully prepared for an exciting fishing experience, each angler is permitted to bring up to 2 fishing rods unless otherwise specified by the charter operator. This allowance guarantees that you’re well-equipped for an enjoyable and successful day of fishing.

 

Ticket Transferability: Your purchased fishing charter tickets are intended exclusively for your use. In the event that you need to transfer your booking to another individual, kindly seek written consent from JioFishing prior to proceeding.
